02 — About This Service
What a Bathroom Remodel With NSJB Construction Covers
How much work is involved in a bathroom remodel, and is it right for my home? Bathroom remodeling with NSJB Construction can mean anything from a cosmetic refresh — new paint, hardware, and fixtures — to a full gut renovation with new tile, vanities, showers, and tubs. It's the right fit for homeowners in Germantown, Bartlett, Collierville, Memphis, and surrounding communities whose bathroom feels outdated, inefficient, or poorly laid out for how their family actually uses the space.
NSJB Construction is a family-owned business founded by Shamar Bailey, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to every project since the company's start in June 2019. The team handles the full scope of a bathroom renovation — demolition, plumbing, tile, fixtures, and finish work — so homeowners can work with one crew from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. Free estimates are available, giving homeowners a low-risk way to find out what a remodel would actually take.

2. Scope definition and material selection — you choose tile, fixtures, and finishes and we lock in the plan.
3. Scheduling and project planning — we set a start date and map out each phase of the work.
4. Demolition and site preparation — old fixtures and surfaces come out and the space is prepped for new work.
5. Skilled installation of tile, fixtures, plumbing, and finishes — our crew builds out the new bathroom start to finish.
6. Final walkthrough and client approval — we review every detail with you before calling the job complete.
Most bathroom remodels take 2 to 6 weeks from start to finish, depending on the scope of work — this is the time the job itself takes once work begins, distinct from how quickly the team responds to your first call.
