How NSJB Construction Started
NSJB Construction was founded in June 2019 as a family-owned residential remodeling and renovation contractor. It filled a gap for homeowners in the Memphis area who wanted a single, reliable contractor for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, flooring, painting, and basic plumbing rather than juggling multiple vendors. Since then, the service area has grown to cover Germantown, Bartlett, Collierville, Memphis, and surrounding communities within 15 miles of the TN/MS border region.
02 — The Founder
Meet Shamar Bailey
Shamar Bailey founded NSJB Construction in June 2019 after years of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling. He saw too many homeowners in the Memphis area settle for rushed work or juggle multiple contractors just to get a single room renovated right. Shamar built NSJB to be different, a business where one team sees a project through from the first estimate to the final walkthrough, and where homeowners always know who to call. That commitment to doing right by the people in his own community still drives every project the company takes on today.
